Aislinn is a grounding and nurturing soul and I am so glad to have met her. My first Access Bars session with her was profound. I could literally feel a sweeping through, cleaning up of energetic cobwebs and cluttered corners. I felt reconnected with my intuition, with memories, with ancestors, and a welcome to inhabit my body again after years of harboring old trauma. I booked a deep-dive clearing session with Aislinn over zoom, because I felt like it would be a good idea to have some support in clearing some old energy, patterns and baggage. I'd recently gone through some powerful inner growth, and was looking to release some of the emotions and energy associated with that. Aislinn beyond delivered. She is incredibly knowledgeable about clearing energy, and I learned so much just from speaking with her. I scheduled a Clearing Session with Aislinn, who came highly recommended by my intuitive guide, because I was experiencing an agitation, anxiety, paralysis, fear and anger —and bottom line, a block, keeping me from moving forward in certain relationships.
I'm new to on-line energy work, but I was told a vow needed to be broken and Aislinn was the best. I found the experience organized and on point and found the session very educational; a deep lesson in self. Today, I'm writing three weeks from my session and things I have noticed and observed:
I'm not as irritated by small things and lingering toxic relationships. / Internally, my system seems to be on track! Huge gratitude and kind of a miracle. / I started painting -first because I was frozen in that area as well- in a new way. / I'm got some commissions out of the blue and then an additional sale the day after I painted it. / I'm less hung up on the outcome (work in progress) I feel slightly more open day to day to receive more.
I'm a seeker and I experience a lot of different teachers and teachings and I can absolutely confirm I have never been able to move beyond my vow, block, ties...until now. It's a lot less heavy. Thank you Aislinn!

I'm so happy I found Aislinn. I feel like we were brought together for a reason and our healing session together was beyond what I was expecting upon arrival. Aislinn offered me Access Bars as well as Reiki and in our 90 minutes together, I received so much healing and release of old ties that were no longer serving me; I left feeling lighter and more in tune with myself than I had in while. “Had a “Access Bars” session with practitioner (and sweet soul) Aislinn here in Astoria yesterday… It was amazing hour of relaxation and opening of consciousness. Here are a few experiences:
I saw myself as a 3 year old having a talk with my mother… I went into a rapid reverse movie of my life, back from age 3, to 2, to 1 … back to my birth, then into her womb, before her going to the hospital to give birth, back to my conception, back to my decision to choose this family this life, and back to a gathering of guides having a discussion of my mission in this life… The last point, was a grand grand super light vision… It was an initiation ceremony, lots of joy, chants, love, light. When Aislinn sang and chanted it was beautiful. I saw inside my brain, the living tissue and folds. And I could hear my thoughts interpreting what she was singing.
…I’d like to add a dream I had after our session: I was somewhere in space having a type of surgery but without cutting into my body. I had very old dinosaur bones implanted into my head/skull. This seemed perfectly natural and I knew they would uphold my head/body well. I was very content. Meaning of this dream to me: I now am calling upon my ancient abilities (perhaps millenniums ago and maybe not even of this world) to give me support and structure to go forward with this life mission. Having my bars run with Aislinn was a much needed and profound experience. It felt like a series of releases, an opportunity to move through long held dark places and let go of the tension there.
